How we handle your details

This page explains what Pelican Bayou Services LLC (“we”) collects when you use the request form on this site, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it. It applies to this website, including the free house plan request form.
What the form collects
- Your name.
- A phone number or an email address, whichever you give us. At least one is needed so we can reply.
- The ZIP code of the house that needs work.
- What you’d like: the free Next-Step House Plan or a conversation about the Ready-to-List Package, and which kinds of help you want first.
- When the house needs to be ready.
- Whether you agreed to be contacted about this request, and whether you asked for occasional tips and updates.
- The date and time you sent the request.
We don’t ask for, and please don’t send, a street address, medical or care details, financial information, identity or probate documents, access codes, full inventories or photos of valuables. If something like that arrives, we delete it rather than keep it.
The form has no advertising pixels, analytics or tracking scripts, and we don’t record your IP address with your request.
Why we collect it
To reply about the house you asked about: to set up the 20 minute call, to send you the one page plan, or to confirm the house, the scope and the timing if you asked about the package. We use your contact details for this request only, unless you also ticked the separate box asking for occasional tips and updates.
Sending a request isn’t a booking, a quote or a commitment, and it doesn’t give us permission to send marketing. The tips and updates box is optional and separate. You can stop those messages at any time by replying “stop”, texting or emailing us.
Who sees it
- Kevin at Pelican Bayou Services LLC, who reads and answers every request.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and sends your request on as an email. It doesn’t keep a copy in a database.
- Our business email inbox, which forwards to a Google Gmail account we use for the business. Google stores that email until we delete it.
We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t share them with advertisers or data brokers. We share them only with the providers above, which handle them on our behalf, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Each request arrives as an email to the Pelican Bayou Services inbox, and we delete it within 30 days of finishing with it. There is no separate lead database. If you become a customer, the details in your written agreement are kept as long as that agreement and our business records require.
How to ask for deletion
Email support@pelicanhauloff.com or text (850) 273-8546 from the phone number or email you used, and say you’d like your request deleted. We’ll delete the email and any copies we hold and confirm back to you. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it.
Text and call messages
If you give us a phone number and tick the contact box, we may text or call you about your request from (850) 273-8546. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply “stop” to any text to end texts from us.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or why will be explained on this page before they apply to new requests.
